Gulfstream Commercial Realty specializes in filling vacancies in neighborhood shopping centers. Some are well positioned, some have great anchor stores and others have neither. We always realize that between hard work and determination we can identify tenants in an immediate trade area that want to relocate their business or open another location. Landlord’s rent rolls throughout Florida have 10,000, 20,000, or 30,000 square feet of vacancy. Many landlords rely on some outside broker to field leasing phone calls and hope they sign 1 to 2 new leases per year.

We are here to tell you that this is “unacceptable.” As previously mentioned, the deals are in the trade area, waiting for a catalyst to put them in your center.
